How You'll Make an Impact:
As a Workday Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling our Workday environment to support both our People and Finance teams. You’ll lead hands-on configuration, integration, and reporting work across HCM and Financials with an immediate focus on system enhancements and implementation support. You'll also act as an internal consultant, helping prioritize and execute high-impact projects across both departments as needs evolve.
What You Bring to the Team:
Deep hands-on experience working within Workday to support HCM and Financial Management modules
Ability to juggle priorities between departments (HR and Finance), acting as a partner and internal consultant
Experience building and improving Workday reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs
Strong configuration skills across security roles, business processes, and cost center setup
Experience supporting Workday implementation and/or redesign efforts, including needs assessment and best practice recommendations
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work quickly and maintain high quality
Passion for building systems that scale, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
What Sets You Up for Success:
3+ years of experience administering Workday across both HCM and Finance domains
Experience with Workday integrations (developing or managing them is a strong plus)
Strong understanding of key HR and Finance processes (e.g. recruiting, onboarding, budgeting, procurement)
Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to deliver in a hands-on role
Ability to act as a systems consultant — identifying pain points and proactively recommending system design improvements
Familiarity with PEO systems and their connection to Workday is a plus
Bonus Skills to Stand Out
Experience launching or supporting PEO systems within Workday
Prior exposure to a SaaS or high-growth, tech-enabled environment
Workday certification
