Job Description
The Website Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining our company website and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate collaborates with marketing and other departments to ensure that the website is up to date, relevant, and optimally functioning. Will need to have strong organizational skills and ability to troubleshoot and/or bring items to broader team to triage.
Pay: $40-$45 per hour
Project length is 2-4 months depending on launch phases and timing, 40 hours per week with core hours between 6am-6pm depending on location.
Responsibilities:
Prepare for upcoming site migration, with detail to page build expectations
Follow guidelines for new templates and page build
Complete component (78) adds to each of the 40 different templates
Troubleshoot issues and resolve them in a timely manner
Creation of spreadsheets that hold content that will be used to build pages
Act as lead creator of spreadsheets to share examples with rest of Web Content Team to build out for all website pages
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience with WordPress and website administration is required
WordPress CMS experience, preferably Gutenberg Builder
Experience with / exposure to Figma
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically, Excel
Experience managing an email inbox (MS Outlook) and collaboration tools (Slack)
