About the Position: Website CRO Specialist
The Website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialist will define and drive the CRO strategy and roadmap for g-p.com.
Working with our Website Optimization Marketing Manager in optimizing our website to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates for our B2B and soon-to-launch ecommerce SaaS product.
You will work closely with our marketing, martech and product teams to design, implement and analyze CRO projects, ensuring that our website is optimized for lead generation and sales.
You are an expert at creating A/B tests – including the planning documents detailing how the user flows through the funnel – and your decisions and recommendations are driven by data and will embrace methodologies that constantly improve lead conversions.
The ideal applicant is an analytically oriented, thinker and a methodical marketer who understands the fundamental elements that build website traffic and converts those visitors into qualified leads.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze and Optimize: Conduct thorough analyses of user behavior, website performance, and conversion funnels to identify areas for improvement.
A/B Testing: Develop, implement, and manage A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different website elements, including headlines, calls-to-action, forms, and layouts.
User Experience (UX) Enhancements: Collaborate with the design and development teams to create a seamless and intuitive user experience that encourages conversions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Adobe analytics, Optimizely) and generate regular reports on key metrics such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and user engagement.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation through website optimization, including the use of forms, chatbots, and other lead capture tools.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify industry trends and best practices in CRO.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams.
Your Expertise:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
5 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on CRO, A/B testing and multivariate experiments
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Good understanding of UX practices
Experience with Google Tag Manager
Expertise in A/B and multivariate experiments, and A/B testing tools such as Optimizely
Awareness of web design, emerging technologies, and UI frameworks
Ability to accurately estimate work effort and meet aggressive schedules
Advanced or expert knowledge and experience using Google Analytics.
Strong work ethic with a commitment diving into the details demanded for flawless execution.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
The annual gross base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $102,000. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors including relevant qualifications, experience, education and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
