VP of Strategic Accounts
About The Role
As the VP of Strategic Accounts at Invisible, you will be a critical driver of our most important client relationships, working directly with executive leadership at some of the world’s most influential companies. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll sit at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and execution—translating complex client needs into scalable “human + technology” solutions. You’ll own a small portfolio of high-value, multi-million dollar accounts and be empowered with significant autonomy to drive outcomes. What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives at enterprise-level clients, leading high-impact strategic conversations.
Lead solution scoping and early-stage business development with new opportunities inside existing accounts.
Design and oversee pilot programs that validate new solutions and deliver measurable business impact.
Manage complex contract negotiations that align client goals with Invisible’s business model and capabilities.
Own long-term client relationships and grow account value through additional services and solution areas.
Drive strategic account planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and long-term success.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Growth, Operations, Product, and Technology to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy by consistently delivering business value.
What We Need
12+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales and strategic account management roles within Managed Services, Professional Services, or SaaS organizations.
A strategic and consultative mindset, with the ability to understand complex business challenges and craft custom solutions.
Proven success in building and managing relationships with C-suite executives and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close large-scale ($10M+) enterprise contracts and long-term engagements.
Strong operational acumen to manage pilot programs and oversee delivery of complex solutions.
High level of autonomy, adaptability, and ownership; able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
