The VP, Demand Generation will inspire, grow, and provide leadership to a team of high-performing, data-driven marketers while partnering cross-functionally with leaders across R365 sales, CS, partnerships, and marketing to establish priorities and set targets for new prospect generation and active pipeline acceleration - leading the development of strategic and tactical plans.
How you'll add value:
Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and opportunity pipeline and close won revenue aligned with business goals. Continuously evaluate, refine and test new strategies to optimize performance, pipeline, and ROI.
Team Leadership: Hire, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing revenue generation team including digital, ABM, partner, marketing operations and more.
Programmatic Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across ABM, digital, offline, and event channels. Employ a data-driven approach to effectively target key accounts, personas, and segments with the right messaging, in the right place at the right time.
Lead Generation and Nurturing: Drive the creation and execution of lead generation programs to attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads and opportunities. Develop lead nurturing strategies to accelerate prospects through the sales funnel in partnership with the sales organization.
Marketing Technology and Operations: Oversee the continued implementation and optimization of marketing technology stack including Marketo, Engage and 6Sense to support demand generation efforts. Working with your marketing operations partners, ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, product, and other stakeholders to align demand generation efforts with overall go-to-market strategy. Act as a strategic partner to the CMO and CRO, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact of pipeline generation and funnel optimization efforts. Deliver consistent reporting and in-depth analysis to stakeholders, collaborating closely with revenue operations to uncover actionable insights and areas for enhancement.
Budget Management: Effectively manage the demand generation budget, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and optimizing spending to achieve desired outcomes.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
You have 12-15+ years of demand generation experience leading teams of teams within B2B SaaS / tech.
You have a record of attaining - and often beating - your KPI targets.
You have experienced the pace and agility of high growth tech-enabled companies, but also know how to stretch every dollar to maximum effect.
You have hands-on experience running ABX campaigns with demonstrated success penetrating key accounts at the enterprise level and by buyer persona, bonus points for 6sense experience.
You are tech-forward and curious about modern demand generation best practices.
You have strong skills using data, insights, and trends to understand customer behavior with a test-and-adjust mentality.
You are excellent at setting measurable objectives, managing defined timelines and budgets for a diverse set of global and regional campaigns.
You are a strong leader with excellent communication and people skills, and a player-coach mindset. Your former employees would gush if we called for a reference check. You get joy from collaborating, sharing your skills and knowledge with others and in making the business even smarter.
Occasional travel may be required.
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
This position has a salary range of $190,000-$230,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
