Maintain Quality of Dialog Files: Ensure the highest audio quality by managing noise reduction, EQ, compression, and other audio processing tasks.
Troubleshooting: Maintain and troubleshoot studio recording equipment, proprietary tools, and software as needed.

Identify and recruit voice talent with diverse and engaging voices suitable for children’s audio. Build relationships with voice actors, ensuring a positive and collaborative environment during production.
Voice Direction: Direct voice talent during recording sessions: familiarizing with the recording script(s) to prepare for the sessions, providing direction and feedback on delivery, tone, pacing, emotion, pronunciation, and enunciation; identifying selected takes
Collaboration and Project Management:
Work closely with writers, producers, and sound designers to ensure creative alignment across projects.
Manage timelines and deliverables for voice recording and post-production processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve production quality.

Excellent communication skills, with an ability to coordinate efficiently with multiple producers, other audio team members, and other team members.

Background in children’s entertainment, education, media production, or audio-intensive consumer products or toys.
Familiarity with sound design techniques and music integration for audiobooks.
$60 - $70 an hour
This role is scoped to be a contract position with a target range of $60-70/hr +/- depending on experience.
