Who We Are Looking For:
Makersite is seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to lead the revamping of our user experience. As a key member of our team, you will have the freedom to make impactful decisions that shape the overall product, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS, experience with complex products, and a keen interest in sustainability and the domains in which we operate in.
Lead the strategic planning and execution of UX improvements across multiple products or projects.
Conduct comprehensive UX research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather insights and drive innovation.
Develop information architecture and user flows to optimize navigation and usability.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, leveraging existing UI designs where appropriate.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
Implement user testing and iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Advocate for user-centric approach and champion best practices in UX design.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven experience as a UX Designer in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on complex products and projects.
Proficiency in working with numerical or graph data and translating complex information into user-friendly designs.
Experience in implementing strategic plans for UX improvements and driving measurable outcomes.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
Pragmatic mindset with a continuous learning mentality, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Passion for sustainability and an understanding of how technology can drive positive change in the enterprise manufacturing space.

Berlin, Stuttgart, Munich or remote (EU)
