Trust & Safety Policy - Ads Policy Senior Specialist
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Advertising Policy Senior Specialist to join our growing Ads Policy team. The Ads Policy (AP) team develops strategic and responsible advertising policies in support of Reddit’s growing business and enables consistent and scalable policy enforcement. This position will serve as the main liaison between AP and our growing Sales organization. This exciting role is on the front lines of some of the most fascinating challenges and opportunities impacting online advertising, and will help Reddit continue to scale its business across the world.
What You’ll Do:
Review, analyze, and respond to global Sales and Ad Review escalation tickets
Proactively identify policy gaps and process inefficiencies, and propose updates and improvements
Develop and deliver comprehensive policy trainings for enforcement teams
Host recurring office hours to address policy questions and concerns from Sales teams
Create, maintain, and organize policy resources and documentation
Build strong collaborative partnerships with internal teams such as Sales, Ad Review, Product, Public Policy, and Legal
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in policy enforcement, development, or analysis
Exceptional at clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication
Ability to analyze complex time-sensitive issues and make informed, reasoned, and consistent decisions
Strong analytical skills to identify the root cause of problems and drive towards appropriate, scalable solutions
Experience as an effective collaborator with cross-functional stakeholders while tackling complex issues
Ability to identify trends, utilize data, and synthesize feedback to influence team strategy
Comfortable dealing with conflict and driving towards consensus
Intuitive, creative, flexible, organized, and detail oriented
Experience driving change in a dynamic, fast-paced, and distributed environment
Fluency in an additional language other than English is required
Open to working across time zones with flexible working hours (the role will primarily require availability during normal Pacific Time Zone hours)
