As a Transaction Coordinator at Truehold, you will play a vital role in supporting our real estate acquisition process. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to grow within the company, starting with core transaction support tasks and progressively taking on more responsibilities, including market ownership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn and advance in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
Draft and manage Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs)
Assist with title searches, inspections, and tenant qualification due diligence
Work closely with the Transaction Managers to support their deal pipelines
Provide vacation coverage for team members
Responsibility of physical mail when necessary for transaction documents
Ensure accurate system data and maintain completed deal document sets
Reviewing HOA documents to verify the absence of rental restrictions
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
Familiarity with real estate transaction processes and terminology
Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems quickly
Basic understanding of real estate contracts and legal documents
Excellent time management skills
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Professional demeanor when interacting with internal team members and external partners
Demonstrated ability to empathize with team members, sellers, stakeholders fostering positive relationships
Proactive approach to problem-solving
Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Real Estate, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in real estate transactions or related field preferred
The ability to work one Saturday a month
Real estate license a plus, but not required
