As a Technical Talent Sourcer, you will support Phaidra’s People Operations team. You must be highly disciplined and organized to succeed in our results-based environment.
Please note that we are a fully distributed company, and team time zones vary widely therefore we are looking for someone based on the East Coast.
Responsibilities
Use all resources to look for and connect with potential candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify/understand each position’s requirements
Provide skilled sourcing techniques for technical roles requiring a greater candidate pool.
Apply strong recruitment skills including short-listing applicant pools to qualifications needed and conducting phone screens for various functional groups.
Serve as TA support providing assistance for the TA team, able to recruit for a variety of positions/roles for multiple job postings at one time
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill
Key Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role
Deep understanding of the technical industry landscape and technically skilled to identify and screen qualified talent
Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
Experience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse), and Google Workspace is required
Excellent verbal and written communication in English, including strong active listening skills
Excellent organizational skill and high attention to detail
High degree of critical thinking skills
Strong interpersonal abilities
Able to work well asynchronously and independently with a low level of direction
Able to use external resources appropriately
Demonstrative of Phaidra’s values - transparency, collaboration, agility, ownership, and empathy
Preferred Skills & Experience

Base Pay
United States Residents: $40-$100/hour
General Interview Process
Initial screening interview with a People Operations team member (30 minutes)
Interview with another People Operations team member (30 minutes)
Take home assignment
Interview with Phaidra’s Director of People and external recruiter (1 hour)
Meeting with member of the technical team (30 minutes)
