Technical Support/Presales Analyst
InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by clients in over 60 countries in industries such as banking, e-commerce, education and technology.
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Technical Support/Presales Analyst to join our team in Spain. This hybrid role combines exceptional technical support with presales assistance, ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide top-notch technical and functional support to clients worldwide through email, tickets, and remote sessions.
Analyze and optimize client configurations, recommending improvements to enhance platform efficiency.
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with the development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Support the sales team throughout RFI and RFP processes by providing technical insights.
Demos and Presentations:
Conduct tailored product demonstrations that address clients’ pain points.
Respond to technical questions from internal and external stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Experience in technical support, presales, or software implementation.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments, as well as networking and connectivity.
