Technical Sourcer
We’re looking to hire an experienced Technical Sourcer to support the growth of Figma’s Engineering organization. As a Technical Sourcer, you’ll leverage your engineering domain knowledge to drive market insights to the business while developing sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract top engineering talent to Figma. This role will allow you to build positive relationships, exude our values, and contribute to our org-wide recruiting best practices and processes.
This is a temporary role available for a fixed term of 12 months, based in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Strategic talent mapping of the engineering industry and competitive landscape
Partner with engineering leaders and recruiting teammates to develop sourcing strategies for key technical roles
Craft thoughtful candidate outreach messaging to engage passive engineering talent
Develop a deep understanding of Figma’s business and products, and communicate them effectively with candidates
Act as a direct extension of our engineering team and be the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach until the onsite interview round, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Utilize various sourcing techniques and creative strategies to build a consistent and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of experience sourcing Software Engineering talent across a range of specializations, including Infrastructure and Platform Engineering talent
Deep experience and knowledge of engineering communities, and the bleeding-edge technical trends
Demonstrated success driving in-take meetings with engineering leaders to align and calibrate on target profiles
Demonstrated success in identifying top technical talent at a premier tech company and/or high-growth startup
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
A track record of managing a healthy volume of candidates with a high rate of responsiveness and care to both internal stakeholders and candidates
Used Figma’s products!
