Technical Recruiter
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter (Contractor) to fuel our growth with extraordinary talent. You'll partner closely on strategic and operational levels with hiring managers and stakeholders in engineering, product, and other areas to attract and engage top talent. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process to support Inworld’s continued growth.
What you’ll be doing
Own full-cycle recruitment from candidate outreach to offer to close
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions
Establish strong relationships with passive and active talent to build a network for current and future opportunities
Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure exceptional candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
What you’ll bring
5+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience with a focus on technical roles
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and requirements, preferably in the AI field
Deep understanding and experience in sourcing passive talent, pipeline development strategies, methods and tools
Proficiency in using data to drive recruitment decisions and strategies
Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or comparable tools

The contract rate for this position in the US is $50 - $70 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, level, and additional factors, including competencies, experience, and business needs. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
