Technical Program Manager II
Pinterest is looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Program Manager to join the Core Search organization, responsible for Engineering and Product’s strategic development and resourcing programs. This individual will drive programs relating the the Search Experience in partnership with engineering, product, design and other TPMs.
What you’ll do:
Project planning and execution.
Coordinating with engineering, design, and product teams.
Tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.
Identifying and mitigating risks.
Contributing to strategic discussions and decision-making.
What we're looking for:
BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (5+ years in a technical role)
3+ years experience in a Technical Program Management
Strong technical breadth and judgment - ability to quickly ramp up and go deep on a range of technologies, ability to identify technical risks and tradeoffs
Includes intermediate proficiency with Tableau, Google Sheets and SQL
Comfort with a fast-changing environment and ability to operate independently
Focus on execution and delivery in a data-informed environment
Exceptional relationship-building skills, organizational awareness, and ability to persuade peers to accomplish program objectives while holding yourself to a high standard of accountability
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to identify and communicate analysis and insights from data sources.
Ability to bring large cross functional teams together united under one goal and keep focus towards execution even in ambiguous situations
