We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) focusing on Debt Collection to join our team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our debt collections systems, primarily Ikaros by Ferber Software. As a Technical Product Manager (m/f/d), you will act as the coordinator, bridging the gap between the debt collection operations team and IT. You will lead the integration of Ferber Software with other systems, and our AWS-based cloud landscape, and play a crucial role in gathering and implementing technical and business requirements.
Your position in our team
System Coordination:
Manage and oversee the use of Ikaros within the collections office
Ensure smooth operation and optimization of Ferber Software across Germany and Austria offices
Interface Management: Oversee interface development and integration of Ikaros with the Data Warehouse and other systems
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with the operations team to gather requirements and manage system modifications based on feedback
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the liaison between IT, operations, and external software providers to ensure the effective execution of projects
Collaborate with other product teams, software developers, data engineers, and other technical staff to design and implement solutions
Process Optimization: Enhance system functionality and workflows to support business goals and improve efficiency in the collections department
Project Management:
Lead and manage technical projects related to system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature development
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements
Your profile
At least 3+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, IT Project Management, or similar roles
Fluency in German and English is required
Previous experience in collections or debt recovery systems is a must
Solid experience working with Ikaros or similar collections software is essential
Solid understanding of how to integrate with other systems using technical interfaces/APIs and how to support ETL-Pipelines into Data Warehouses
Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and translating technical requirements into actionable solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work autonomously while being a proactive team player
