What does the job entail:
“As a Technical Director, I have overall responsibility for a substantial team of developers working on customer projects using an agile approach. You will work with Technical Leads , coaching and supporting them to help steer their teams’ success. You will also have responsibility for hiring and mentoring NearForm engineers.
You will have a growth mindset, and, although this does not have to be a hands-on technical role, you will remain abreast of the latest digital technologies and software development practices. You will apply this knowledge to help you shape technology architectures and roadmaps. You will work with other NearForm technical directors to provide technical leadership and direction to peers and colleagues and define, document and distribute best practices and standards.
