About the Role
As a Tech BD and Partnership Manager, you have the opportunity to shape and deliver the strategy for expanding Amazon Interactive Video Service (IVS) adoption. You'll work with strategic customers and build partnerships, reporting to the Director of Product Partnerships for Amazon IVS.
Your role involves establishing relationships with strategic accounts and ISV partners, optimizing live video on Amazon IVS, representing AWS at events, identifying new vertical prospects, converting them to customers, and ensuring ISV partner value.
You'll drive growth and adoption by fostering strategic relationships and collaborating with account managers, architects, and partners to build trust and deliver solutions.
You can work remotely in the US.
You Will:
Engage strategic customers to build trust and demonstrate AWS's 'customer obsession' value
Advise account teams on live video trends and build executive relationships.
Identify and target new markets for live video streaming, focusing on eGaming, EdTech, and specialized content platforms.
Track live video trends and align them with Amazon IVS capabilities, events, workshops, and partners to benefit prospective customers.
Built GTM plans highlighting immediate customer value and long-term AWS product strategy.
Act as evangelist in the live video ecosystem, leading events, and speaking at industry conferences.
You Have:
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, partner development, partner sales, or alliances management in the software/technology space.
Proven track record of exceeding sales or business development goals for technical products.
Experienced in communicating with several stakeholder teams
Ability to build trust with startups and senior executives
Knowledge of core cloud computing concepts
Bonus Points
Success in driving sales/co-sell with partners, achieving $10M to $100M+ goals.
Experience with AWS teams: APO, Field Sales, Marketing.
Familiar with negotiating large deals.
Master’s degree in a technical or relevant business field.
