As a Talent Acquisition Partner at StackAdapt, where you'll play a pivotal role in leading full-cycle recruitment activities, with a dedicated focus on positions across the APAC region. Your primary focus will be to attract and secure top-tier talent using diverse strategies such as inbound applicant pools, proactive sourcing, and leveraging referrals. Reporting directly to the Senior Talent Business Partner, you will oversee a seamless and positive candidate journey, while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving continuous enhancement of our hiring practices and standards.
What You'll Be Doing;
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job posting, sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and closing positions up to the Director level.
Proactive Sourcing: Source high-calibre candidates through proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging applicant pools and referrals.
Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and data-driven insights to hiring teams to track progress and address challenges effectively.
Data Management: Identify and resolve issues in hiring processes by analysing recruitment data and implementing necessary improvements.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, facilitating their integration into StackAdapt's culture and operations seamlessly.
Diversity & Inclusion: Advocate for diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, ensuring all candidates receive fair and unbiased evaluation.
What You'll Bring to the Table
Functional Expertise: Proven track record in executing end-to-end recruitment processes up to the Director level, with a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, including dynamics and best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Experienced in partnering with managers at all levels across various business units showing strong communication skills, and a desire to be a strategic partner
Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to navigate complex challenges and find a solution that works for all stakeholders.
Multi-Requisition Management: Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising candidate experience.
ATS Proficiency: Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally with familiarity in Lever.
Data Analysis: Proficiency in data management and reporting, capable of analysing recruitment metrics to drive improvements.
