YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM
Together with your Talent Acquisition team, you work continuously on a future-orientated recruitment strategy and act as a reliable recruiting partner for your hiring managers.
You are responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of your vacancies by creating job profiles and job postings, identifying effective recruiting channels, screening applications, conducting interviews and accompanying candidates through the entire interview process - from the first touchpoint to the contract offer.
When it comes to processes, you have a clear view and ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
You work closely with hiring managers to understand the job requirements, culture fit, and team dynamics. Provide guidance and advice on the best recruitment strategies.
You coordinate the communication and cooperation with external recruitment agencies.
You will work on internal projects, e.g. implementation of new tools or processes.
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruiting across multiple industries, with a focus on both technical and non-technical roles.
Strong understanding of the skills, qualifications, and experience required for both tech roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, system administrators) and non-tech roles (e.g., marketing, sales, CS, operations).
Ability to effectively source, engage, and build talent pipelines across various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) to manage candidate workflows, track applications, and maintain accurate records.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven experience conducting interviews for a wide variety of roles, with the ability to assess candidates’ technical abilities (for tech roles) and behavioral fit (for non-tech roles).
Strong negotiation skills for managing candidate expectations and offering compensation packages. Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to close candidates effectively.
Ability to handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
