About the Role:
At Clipboard Health, Recruiters are embedded within operational departments. Our Customer Operations department is looking to hire two new recruiters to support the team's growth. You will be reporting to our Head of Customer Operations and own hiring for roles ranging from individual contributors to managers.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Customer Operations, you will:
Manage the entire recruitment process. This includes:
Sourcing globally across platforms like LinkedIn, YCombinator, Wellfound, etc.
Screening candidates using a variety of methods (interviews, assessments, one-way video interviews)
Leading candidates throughout the hiring process
Offers and closing, together with hiring managers
Report on metrics to our Managers and Directors, using data to inform decisions and improvements
Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to refine your understanding of their needs
What you will bring:
3+yrs of experience recruiting for fast-growing companies
Experience managing and engaging large volumes of candidates efficiently
Advanced screening capabilities to evaluate skills and cultural alignment
Experience sourcing candidates across different locations
We're also looking for:
Experience recruiting for Customer Operations roles (Billing, Support Agents, etc.)
Experience designing and improving hiring processes and assessments
Experience working in a globally distributed organization
Experience using Greenhouse (job setup, metrics, managing large volumes of candidates)
In this role, you will be evaluated on:
Your measurable impact on hiring (hires, quality and passthrough rates)
Your ownership of hiring pipelines (speed, efficiency, optimization)
Your attention to detail (communication, tool setup)
We are hiring for this role globally outside of the US.
