Job Purpose
The Strategy Director at Massive Rocket is the mastermind behind our growth trajectory - this is the most pro-active role within the business. You will be the architect of innovative strategies, crafting partnerships that propel us forward and expand our reach. Imagine developing alliances that enrich our services and open doors to new markets.
As a data guru, you'll analyze market trends, assess customer needs, and stay ten steps ahead of the competition. With a keen eye for design, you'll ensure Massive Rocket presents itself with cutting-edge information architecture across all touchpoints.
But your vision extends beyond the external. You'll lead a high-performing marketing team, crafting campaigns that generate leads and amplify our brand. This leadership role is your chance to orchestrate a growth symphony, driving demand, securing strategic partnerships, and propelling Massive Rocket to new heights.
Responsibilities
• Demand Generation - Generate new opportunities for engagement through thoughtful partner development and relevant content creation.
• Partnerships & Alliances - Develop strategic partnerships and alliances; identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and collaborate on initiatives to enhance market position and client value, aiming to expand reach and enrich services.
• Marketing & Insights - Manage marketing activities to generate demand and increase awareness, covering branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and content creation. Aims to execute a cohesive strategy that engages potential clients effectively.
• Sales Support - Support Client Partners on end-to-end cycles for smaller accounts.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence - Market trend analysis, customer needs assessment, and competitive landscape evaluation to inform strategic decisions, identify growth opportunities, and anticipate market shifts.
• Design & Information Architecture - Understand the most relevant and effective way for Massive Rocket to present information across every organisational touchpoint. Design guidelines and best practices and work with the organisation to maintain compliance.
• Team Management, Development & Coaching - Building the team, managing tracking and reporting of performance to uphold team accountability and promote quality of service.
Experience
• +15 years in Services or related technology industry
• Experience running your own agency
• Branding, UX & Design
• Demand generation
• Sales & Pitch delivery
• Partnership development
