We're looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager who will be responsible for strategic technology partnership relationships. This Strategic Alliances Manager will report to the VP, Channel & Alliances. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented ecosystem development executive and security stack expert who understands traditional SaaS GTM and partner strategy, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wakes up every day excited to implement, measure, and optimize strategies that nurture growth.
What You'll Do
Responsibility for ongoing management of key Red Canary strategic technology partnerships.
Establish yourself as a Red Canary and technology partner subject matter expert (SME) to serve as a primary contact with assigned partners and internally across Red Canary teams.
Support strategy development, plans, and execution of GTM models that support pipeline generation and new revenue.
Define, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to identify strengths, weaknesses, and trends in the data that enable Red Canary to optimize our GTM with focus partners.
In collaboration with leadership and Partner Ops, establish targets, track, and report on Alliances-sourced opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
Direct the relationship across technology partners supporting Red Canary's MDR platform by facilitating account team technical support, escalations with partners, and roadmap alignment across internal and external parties.
Guide the team to understand and communicate upcoming technology partner changes and the corresponding impact to Red Canary.
Research and identify meaningful partner features not currently utilized in our MDR product.
Collaborate with product managers to identify what customer problems we could solve through deeper technology partner integrations.
What You'll Bring
5+ years verifiable experience in the computer security industry.
2+ years of proven expertise in developing strong technology relationships with partners.
Strategic problem solver with a hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
Executive presence able to establish relationships with technology partners' senior-level stakeholders.
A strong communicator and presenter, who possesses strong negotiation skills as well as sound interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels to both internal and external audiences.
Excellent communicator with a proven track record of clearly conveying complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences, including customers, partners, sales, and analysts.
Talent for understanding technical concepts, mapping technology portfolios to determine alignment and translate the concepts to cater to a specific audience.
A motivated and focused self-starter mentality with strong leadership skills who is able to multitask, work independently or within a team.
Demonstrated ability as a product or technology advocate, with a passion for collaborating with engineering, product, sales and marketing teams.
Someone who can willingly drop everything and help our customers with a smile when needed.
Compensation range is $137,200 - $160,000 base, plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $196,000 - $228,000 OTE, plus equity.
