What are you going to do?
Our client is building the software that builds the world. They provide cloud-based construction management software that helps clients more efficiently build skyscrapers, hospitals, retail centers, airports, housing complexes, and more. They have worked hard to create and maintain a culture where you can own your work and are encouraged and given resources to try new ideas.
Our client is looking for a Semi Senior UI Designer. This is a unique and highly analytical and creative role, requiring strong UI design experience in delivering all design aspects of a usable software product, including field experiences where users work from mobile devices and apps. You are expected to present your work in critique and to cross-functional stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback.
Design and deliver high-quality UI solutions for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for new features and products.
Maintain and evolve our existing design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Collaborate with product design leads, product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and meet user needs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest UI trends and best practices.
What will help you succeed
2-4 years of experience in a professional visual design setting.
Expertise in Figma.
A strong portfolio showcasing your UI design skills.
Excellent understanding of typography, image, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing and replicating large, complex websites and design systems.
Understanding of different components of design systems, including marketing, communication, branding, and identity work.
Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
