Our client, a worldwide Health care technology solutions provider of EMR, Practice management & Patient engagement for Physician practices, Hospitals and Health care providers seeks an accomplished Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist.

NOTE: THIS IS 100% REMOTE ROLE & ONLY W2 CANDIDATES.
Position: Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist (Job Id: 6415)
Location: Raleigh NC 27609 (100% REMOTE)
Duration: 3 Months + Possible Extension
CANDIDATES MUST BE FULLY COVID 19 VACCINATED.

- Develop, implement, and monitor processes relevant to strategic initiatives across the Talent Acquisition function in the US, establishing clear compliance benchmarks
- Maintain performance tracking related to strategic initiatives; identify areas for improvement based on data
- Assist in the establishment of channel partnerships with third parties relevant to strategic
- Talent Acquisition initiatives and monitor performance against pre-established metrics. Act as primary relationship manager with partners on behalf of Talent Acquisition
- Provide high-touch service for employees eligible for redeployment services, ensuring contact within agreed time-frames and marketing across Talent Acquisition team as appropriate
- Support career mobility initiatives and provide additional layer of “touch for internal applicants
- Enhance employee referral experience for candidate and referee, focusing on improved communication
- Act as “clearinghouse for candidates sourced in accordance with strategic talent acquisition priorities and market across Talent Acquisition team as appropriate
- Prepare and deliver high-level status updates related to strategic priorities for senior HR stakeholders
- Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute social sourcing strategies that increase flow of qualified candidates
- Contribute innovative sourcing solutions that help drive recruiting strategy
- Employ recruitment best practices to proactively target diverse candidate pools simultaneously;
- Leverage passive candidate sourcing, internet and social media recruiting, networking, career fairs, etc.
- Research, benchmark, and develop proactive recruitment techniques to attract high quality active and passive candidates
- Proactively mine applicant tracking system (ATS), paid job boards, professional association databases, and other relevant candidate pools; manage candidate database
- Advance employee referral program by screening and engaging qualified candidates
Specific Requirements:
- Academic and professional qualifications
- BS Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
- Experience
- 8+ years’ experience sourcing and/or recruiting; mixture of executive search, agency, and corporate recruiting experience preferred
- Understanding of HIT industry as it relates to the acquisition and retention of talent
- Travel requirements - None
- Working arrangements – First Shift
