THE ROLE
Our People Operations (POps) team is looking for an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition & Operations Partner to help recruit and onboard the right talent to support our organization’s mission. This person is self-motivated, results-orientated, a strong problem solver, and a true talent partner.
You will:
Partner with hiring managers to strategize, plan, and launch new roles.
Promote our employer brand through interactions with candidates and their communities.
Partner in improving and maintaining an efficient and effective hiring process.
Build a strong diverse talent pipeline across multiple departments / functions and employment types (full-time, part-time, contractor, intern).
Manage full-cycle recruiting from establishing the job requisition, securing approvals, clarifying the role via intake with the hiring manager, sourcing, screening, interviewing, securing/closing the offer, dispositioning candidates, and closing the requisition.
Maintain & report on key recruiting metrics in order to inform recruiting and hiring strategy in partnership with HR Leadership.
Provide a positive candidate and new hire experience and manage the new hire onboarding process.

5+ years of corporate recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
Passion for delighting hiring managers and candidates
Demonstrated ability to generate enthusiasm about opportunities to prospective candidates
A team player with demonstrated collaboration skills
Proven cross-cultural competency skills demonstrating self-awareness, awareness of others, and the ability to adopt inclusive perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors to drive inclusion and belonging throughout the organization
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, advise and influence outcomes
Proven ability to understand organizational issues and manage change
Solid knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques
Excellent project management skills; the ability to organize, set and manage priorities and meet competing deadlines
Experience working with an ATS (applicant tracking system) and LinkedIn recruiter
Strong process-orientation, organization, and follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
