We are looking for a Web Engineer to join the Identity and Privacy team.

You will work on identity solutions that empower over 500 million users a month to access Pinterest easily and securely. You will specialize in building elegant product features with cutting-edge technologies.
What you’ll do:
Build out Pinner-facing Web features for Identity and Privacy products including robust, secure, user-centric identity solutions and privacy features that empower Pinterest users to make informed decisions about their privacy and online safety.
Collaborate with teams across engineering, product, design and other functions to build holistic solutions that are right for all pinners, creators, merchants and advertisers.
Contribute to each step of the product development process, from ideation to implementation to release; from rapidly prototyping, running A/B tests, to architecting and building solutions that can scale to support millions of users.
Employ automated testing to build features with a high degree of technical quality, taking responsibility for the components and features you develop.
What we’re looking for:
Deep knowledge of Web development (React, Node, HTML/CSS and Javascript).
Experience building end-user facing features.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Experience in following best practices in writing reliable and maintainable code that may be used by many other engineers.
Experience with A/B experiments and data analysis is a plus.
Experience in Identity domain (authentication and authorization solutions) is a plus.
