Sr. Revenue Systems and Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to support Revenue Operations in strategically & operationally driving full funnel accountability across the revenue engine here at Saviynt. As we continue to build a world-class Revenue Operations function, this role will work within three core pillars to drive success:
Process Implementation & Strategic Optimization. With a balance of strategic oversight and technical execution, you will conceptualize, design, and implement end-to-end processes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our systems and operations are continuously optimized to meet evolving business needs by collaborating closely with sales and cross-functional leaders.
Program Leadership & Stakeholder Enablement. Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring visibility through detailed project plans, progress tracking, and regular updates. Facilitate comprehensive training sessions and drive alignment to ensure all stakeholders are equipped for success.
Technology Innovation, Data Integrity & Insights. You will drive the evolution of our tech stack, championing data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. Lead initiatives to continuously improve systems and ensure we leverage data effectively, with a focus on identifying areas for enhancement and standardization.
- Lead and optimize data operations across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in critical business data.
- Translate business requirements from stakeholders into actionable technical specifications, ensuring alignment with technical teams for seamless execution.
- Provide strategic insights and guidance on ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and other cross-functional teams to enhance sales enablement and operational excellence.
- Implement and oversee proactive data governance practices, ensuring data hygiene and integrity across platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of sales data, ensuring precision and timeliness, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, with a proven track record in strategic process development and project leadership.
- Extensive experience in translating business needs into clear technical requirements for SalesForce architecture team.
- Expertise in Salesforce with demonstrated experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on leveraging data to drive operational improvements.
- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives with cross-functional teams and deliver impactful results across the organization.
