Sr. Partner Account Manager

With amazing opportunities ahead of us.We are looking for a Sr. Partner Account Manager who will be responsible for the relationship management of GSIs and strategic partner accounts across the Americas region while ensuring a good pace of acquisition and overall partner’s health, retention, and growth. The role will report to the Regional Channels Director of Americas Chad Gailey.The role is to be based in North America (remote).Working on our team as a Partner Account Manager position involves:Partnership Development:building strong partner relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to facilitate the growth of the partnership with GSI partners, and as an important point of contact for partners’ day-to-day needsusing strategic thinking and relationship management to drive growth from existing partners and discover upsell opportunitiesmanaging renewals of annual agreementsperforming quarterly business reviews both onsite and remotelydelivering satisfied partner relationships that result in references, case studies, and renewalsconducting regularly scheduled partner check-in calls to determine how to maximize client satisfactionPartner Sales:lead generation processlead the qualification process with the partnersales strategy discussionmeeting confirmation and participation with a clienttight collaboration with the sales team for the fastest progressPartner Acquisition:deep search in social media and identify/contact potential partners for new business opportunitiesacquire new target partners and supervise the onboarding provisionCandidate Expectations:minimum 10+ years of experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievementexperience in managing GSI partner accountsexcellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partnersstrong personal network within the regiondriven, highly motivated, and passionate about salesprofessional sales training would be an advantage but not essentialfluent in English — both verbal and writtenunderstanding of CRM and BPM applications, experience in executing business solutionsproficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel & PowerPoint.
