Join our team as the Sr. Marketing Events Specialist to lead, organize, and execute impactful regional and international events. You'll manage budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships, and collaborate with sales teams to deliver compelling event content. Post-event, you’ll analyze outcomes to drive continual improvement. What you will do:
Create and manage regional and international events
Deliver regional and international event content to the sales teams
Engage with sales teams by delivering relevant event content to help achieve event goals and increase sales effectiveness.
Manage and maintain regional and international event budgets
Site selection
Coordinate logistical elements for regional and international events
Organize marketing materials for regional and international events
Coordinate the development of all necessary marketing materials for events, including digital and print collateral.
Manage the exhibit house for the portable program
Manage the exhibit house for our portable program, ensuring materials are available, organized, and updated as needed.
Process payments and invoices for regional and international events
Engage with and maintain relationships with vendors
Build and maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
Post-event reporting
Develop a variety of event concepts
Write a post-event reports to debrief what went right and what can be improved upon
Support the reconciliation of the marketing expenses and credit card charges
Capture feedback to improve future event planning and execution continually

Compensation - The base salary range target for the role described in this job description is $75,000 - $110,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including but not limited to candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, compensation/equity mix, and market data. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards, short-term incentives, and sales commission.
