Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition Operations
What You’ll Be Doing:
Grow Therapy is hiring a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations to elevate and scale the core systems that power our hiring engine. This role will support a remote-friendly Talent team, reporting directly to the VP of Talent Acquisition, and will lead initiatives that improve process, tools, and team efficiency across the full recruiting lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and develop our Recruiting Coordination team to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate and interviewer experience.
Partner on the rollout and adoption of key recruiting technologies (e.g., ATS, CRM, scheduling tools) and manage long-term optimization.
Partner with the TA leaders to build and maintain recruiting dashboards that drive transparency and inform strategic decisions across TA and the business.
Design and implement scalable processes, programs, and systems (e.g., interviewer training, referral processes, documentation, employer brand) that improve speed and quality of hire, that are in alignment with our values
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People, and IT to align hiring operations with business goals and headcount plans.
The salary range for this position is $162,000 - $202,000 USD depending on geo location.
