This position is needed to work cross-functionality across business units to bring a solution to market.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Develop solutions messaging, use cases, presentations and demos that resonate with line of business and developer audience
Understand the customer segment or industry landscape such as the business processes, industry trends, key issues and personas.
Translate our solutions initiatives into actionable programs to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth.
Develop effective sales training materials and operationalize enablement, making it easy for sales to understand our product offerings, key positioning, and marketing efforts
Build consensus, alignment, and engagement across Campaigns, Brand, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success
Drive thought leadership at industry conferences and/or for customer meetings.

Required:
6-8+ years of Product Marketing, Industry Marketing or Go-To-Market background
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to strategize and craft compelling compelling messaging and customer-facing content (presentations, demo scripting, web copy, etc.)
Establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders
Collaborate with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution
Pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
Desired:
Experience marketing to industry or line of business customers
Location
This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
Based in Colorado or Washington D.C.: $123,520 - $154,400.
Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $130,720 - $163,400.
Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $145,280 - 181,600.
This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
