About You
The Sr. Manager, Paid Media (contract) will contribute to Nutrafol’s growth by driving channel strategy, campaign management, and optimization, reporting, and analysis across paid media channels for Nutrafol Skin. You will help oversee performance measurement and optimizations across multiple online and offline channels including but not limited to TV (linear and streaming), Audio (podcast and radio), Display, OOH, Native and Online Video.
In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that will help increase new customer acquisition and continuously optimize to achieve efficiencies. You are data-driven, acquisition-centric, and creative. You get excited about building testing plans (A/B testing), analyzing campaign performance, and working closely with different teams.
This role will directly report into the Sr. Director, Performance Marketing and sit in a fast-paced, performance-driven entrepreneurial team, and have a high degree of ownership within the customer acquisition team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee paid media channels, including OTT, paid social, paid search, affiliate, audio (podcast, radio), YouTube, and programmatic for the Nutrafol Skin category
Implement creative and unconventional marketing tactics to drive rapid growth
Manage channel budget and spend, including forecasting monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies to maximize revenue and achieve KPI goals
Articulate media strategies that grow the business, understand how the channels are impacting overall business and design future strategy based on the learnings
Oversee the day-to-day implementation, management, optimization, and performance of campaign activities
Design and conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign performance
Quickly iterate on strategies based on real-time data and insights
Develop and execute against learning objectives to drive continuous performance improvements through testing and analysis
Demonstrate proficiency in implementing and leveraging paid social and search pixels for advanced tracking and optimization, to create custom audiences, and improve targeting
Work collaboratively with multiple teams like Brand Marketing and Analytics to maintain an integrated approach to strategy and creative
Analyze and provide leadership with data and media/marketing information as well as strategic analysis of campaigns
Evangelize relevant and notable learnings, best practices, and operating procedures across teams
Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media trends and best practices
Requirements:
7+ years of relevant experience in an integrated media role within a brand or agency; wellness and DTC experience preferred
Hands-on experience in paid media strategy and execution, including a deep understanding of performance marketing and ability to work towards revenue, sales, and efficiency goals
Skilled in managing and tracking budgets while identifying revenue drivers
Proven track record of delivering measurable results in terms of performance and consideration metrics
Able to work with and analyze large data sets quickly, accurately, and efficiently
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong written, verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, adhere to tight deadlines, and unafraid to ask questions
