We’re looking for a self-driven, critical thinker to join our Privacy Operations team. This role will be part of our growing Trust & Safety Legal Operations function and will work directly with Pinners to implement compliance outcomes and drive improvements to Privacy Operations workflows. In addition, you’ll build data driven recommendations to improve our operational processes and policies while working closely within the Privacy Operations team and with cross-functional partners to support organizational and company goals.
What you’ll do:
Partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize new regulations within the Privacy Ops team remit
Own the response and resolution of high priority escalations and incidents
Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve privacy operations and scaled process
Develop a deep understanding of Privacy Ops workflows and drive improvements to tooling and process while enabling scale
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience working in privacy or closely related regulatory operations
Willingness to learn multiple sets of policies/processes and quickly adapt to changes
Takes ownership and accountability of Pinners’ experience, process improvement and issue resolution
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to react with urgency to internal escalations
Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Experience interacting with Zendesk or internally built support or content moderation tooling is a plus
