About the Role:
As a Specialist, Supply Chain Packaging, you will help ensure we stay flush with inventory & grow our relationships with our packaging partners. Reporting to the Associate Supply Chain Manager, you will handle the day-to-day ordering of all Hims and Hers packaging products and serve as the main contact for our vendors. This role will allow you to gain experience across and number of product lines and directly influence our supplier portfolio.
You Will:
Coordinate & manage day-to-day production across Hims’ packaging partners
Review & implement monthly forecasts
Lead recurring calls with suppliers & serve as their main point of contact to review production plans
Assist with ongoing quality assurance of suppliers, requesting and collecting necessary samples & documentation as needed
Develop & maintain PO management systems
Assist in the development of supplier scorecards & manage supplier adherence
Conduct co-manufacturer site visits & business reviews
Assist in the RFx process for identifying new finished goods & packaging suppliers
Act as the supply chain representative in the creative design & review process for packaging
Help identify, implement & track cost-reduction strategies
You Have:
3+ years of work experience in supply chain, procurement, or a related field
Experience working with packaging manufacturers & distributors preferred
Experience with Netsuite, Google Sheets, and other procurement tools preferred
Experience with supplier relationship management including performance management & negotiating
High degree of organization and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fluid environment, managing fluctuating priorities
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive internal & external decisions
Supply Chain related certifications a plus
BS/BA degree
Up to 10% travel

Conditions of Employment:
This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.
This position requires medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR).
Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking up to 50% of the time, standing up to 100% of the time, squatting and bending up to 20% of the time and lifting up to 80% of the time for up to a twelve hour shift. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Due to the risk of reproductive capability in handling or compounding certain Hazardous Drugs (HD) associates must be willing to confirm that they understand the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs.
