Solution Architect

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to help us sell CX solutions that provide our clients with a beautiful customer journey that achieves results. Responsibilities
Represent PTP CX services and solutions to clients and partners, which includes client meetings and field events such as conferences and seminars
Work with customers to identify business and technical requirements
Architect and scope solutions which meet business and technical requirements
Present solutions and conduct demonstrations
Create proposals and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Collaborate with sales, partners and internal teams to provide clients with CX solutions
Requirements
Ideal candidate must be self-managed with a proven track record in professional services and software sales
5+ years of speech-based IVR development experience
Knowledge of IVR and speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, SISR, MRCP)
Knowledge of contact center infrastructure
Experience with large contact center implementations
Strong presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Available to travel
BS in Computer Science or Information Systems is strongly preferred
Salary is DOE and is extremely competitive.
