Podium is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer based in Brazil who is eager to make a real impact. We like to say we have “Sangue nos olhos” when it comes to helping our customers win, and we’re looking for engineers who share that same passion.
As part of Podium’s Payments team, you’ll play a key role in driving explosive GPV growth and expanding our revenue potential through AI-powered automation, seamless integrations, and innovative features. This team is shaping the future of payments for local U.S. businesses, building intelligent solutions that unlock new opportunities and fuel long-term success.

What you should have:
4+ years of professional software development experience
4+ years of coding experience with at least one modern language such as Elixir, Go, Ruby, or Rust, with function-oriented design
Experience with web infrastructure and distributed systems
Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms)
What we hope you have:
4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on an Agile development team, in a hyper-growth SaaS setting
Experience working with FinTech or Payments APIs
Passion for mentoring your peers and problem-solving
Strong experience with algorithms, data structures, and code
Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
Experience with web infrastructure and distributed systems
Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application, such as well-designed APIs, high volume data pipelines, and efficient algorithms
