About the Role
As a Software Developer focused on Client Activation, you will be a key part of an agile team dedicated to developing software solutions that streamline and enhance the client and prospect experiences.
You will collaborate closely with fellow developers, product managers, data scientists and designers to analyze requirements, design robust solutions, and implement efficient, scalable, fault-tolerant code. Your expertise will contribute directly to creating a seamless and user-friendly experience.
As a Software Developer, Client Activation, you will:
Design and develop software and tooling that enables internal stakeholders to quickly ship consistent, on-brand content and experiences
Build delightful experiences for our users and existing clients, focusing on UX, performance and accessibility
Deliver high-quality code contributions, always considering maintainability, stability and scalability
Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, documentation, and active participation in peer code reviews with considerate feedback
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define and lead technical features and continually contribute to the vision for future development initiatives
What you bring
Experience with headless CMS(s); particularly with API-driven content delivery, content modelling at scale, collaboration and workflow management
A strong front-end background; Javascript (Typescript, React, Next.js, Node.js), CSS, HTML, GraphQL (Apollo or similar), testing libraries (Jest or similar), build/bundle tools (Webpack, Vite or similar)
Understanding of composable architecture and proficiency in building reusable React components with a focus on modularity, scalability and interoperability
Excellent communication skills, building relationships amongst peers, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
A growth mindset, embracing curiosity and transparency, while navigating complexity and managing ambiguity
