Cribl is seeking a Social Media Specialist to help build our brand, engage with our community, and amplify our messaging. You will be responsible for day-to-day social media management of corporate accounts on LinkedIn and X, and focused on engaging our community and driving new follower growth. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to create and publish timely and engaging content to reach our target audience. You will analyze key metrics to identify trends and opportunities to amplify our brand and reach. And you will partner with the marketing team to ensure our social media presence aligns with our messaging and broader business goals. Social Media Management
Responsible for daily social media content planning and execution on corporate LinkedIn, X, and future social media channels
Engage with our community and participate in discussions in a timely and authentic manner
Monitor mentions of Cribl across social platforms to identify opportunities and manage brand reputation
Empower our broader employee base to drive authentic social activity
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and implement new strategies and tactics to drive new follower growth
Partner with People team to build employer brand on social channels
Planning and Cross-functional Collaboration
Maintain a social media content calendar to give stakeholders visibility into upcoming content
Collaborate with content marketing, demand generation, events, and other cross-functional stakeholders to create and publish timely content
Ensure organic social media program aligns to broader corporate messaging, optimizes key corporate announcements, and meets business goals
Additional Content Creation
Support other content streams as needed, including blog, podcast, video, and employee advocacy
Measure and analyze key metrics and distribute regular reports to identify trends and areas of opportunity
Leverage key learnings to drive new programs, content, and channels
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will Bring…
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing; B2B SaaS start-up experience preferred. Experience in the IT and Security industry is a plus.
Experience creating and publishing on LinkedIn and X; additional experience on other channels is a plus.
A track record of working collaboratively and asynchronously with content marketing, brand, and demand generation. Experience working with IT and Security practitioners is a plus.
Comfortable operating with a sense of purpose and urgency, and owning the execution and outcomes of your program
Appetite to stay on top of emerging trends and optimize performance based on key analytics and insights
A high bar in your work, from the overall strategy to the execution details
Ability to record and edit short video content
A sense of humor and ability to create irreverent, authentic content
10-15% travel required, including corporate events and tradeshows
Salary Range ($90,000 - $113,000)
The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
