Having found strong product traction with ecommerce brands both in Europe and in the US, we're accelerating our marketing efforts and are looking for dynamic, business-minded Social Media Manager to join our team.
What you'll do:
Create and implement a world-class B2B social media strategy, communication plans, and C-level positioning
Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and improve our strategy based on data
Create high-quality, engaging content tailored for different social media platforms
Work with great marketing designers to come up with eye-catching animations and graphics
Strategize, draft, create, and cross-check text, picture, and video content for social media communication
Craft great posts and interact with followers to build a quality community around our brand
Advise internal stakeholders on social media communication
Create and keep guidelines and briefing materials up-to-date
Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
3+ years of experience managing brands across social media, either in-house or at an agency
Extensive experience running social media campaigns and managing social media on LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2)
Proven experience in social copywriting
High level of creativity and ability to develop innovative content ideas
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments and teams
Compensation
10 000 - 17 000 PLN / month - the proposed budget stands for a B2B contract (+VAT)
Contract of Employment is also an option that is available after specific calculations
