✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced/Native English proficiency (C1-C2 level)
• Interest in earning in USD
• Desktop/laptop AND smartphone
• Reliable internet connection
• Full-time availability, 8 hours daily
• Must be based in Spanish speaking Latin America
• Interest in sports and education is a plus
• Minimum 4 months of sales/customer service experience required.
• Strong English proficiency is non-negotiable.

✅  ABOUT THE ROLE

Entry-Level Social Media Chat Sales & Marketing Specialist work with a highly skilled client success team, with the core aim to start authentic conversations that lead to sales through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Your day to day will consist approximately of:

• 2 hours of starting new conversations
• 2 hours of follow-ups
• 2 hours of organic account growth
• 2 hour of replying to active leads and closing sales

Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development:

• Training Stage: The 2 week training period is NOT paid.
• After completing training, your earnings will depend on ​​Hourly + Commissions + Bonuses as follows
• Average Performance Level: $1,000/month
• Good Performance Level: $1,000-$2,000/month
• Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,300+/month
• No limit on commissions
