Senior/Staff Product Manager - Care Companion
What You'll Be Doing:
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of Grow Therapy's first mobile app initiative, focused on revolutionizing the therapy experience through enhanced client engagement and support. You'll be part of our rapidly growing product team, reporting directly to the Group Product Manager of the Care Outcomes team, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and clinical teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drive innovation in mental healthcare by developing and launching our first mobile client experience, leveraging data and user insights to create breakthrough solutions
Lead the integration of cutting-edge technology, including AI/ML capabilities, to revolutionize how clients engage with therapy between sessions
Define and track key metrics to measure product success, using data-driven insights to optimize the user experience and improve therapy outcomes
Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses and inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with clinical teams to pioneer new approaches to digital mental healthcare while ensuring alignment with therapeutic best practices
Salary range: $170,000-$235,000
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
You have 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focusing on consumer mobile applications
You've successfully led the development and launch of 0-to-1 products that achieved significant user adoption and engagement
You have experience with AI/ML product development and understand how to integrate these technologies into user experiences effectively
You possess a deep understanding of behavioral design principles and how to drive sustained user engagement
You're passionate about mental healthcare and improving access to quality care through technology
