What are you going to do?
You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment, at a digital-native creative agency built on collaboration that partners with category leaders and disruptors to invent the future.
Design visually engaging and user-friendly assets across both desktop and mobile platforms.
Participate in ideation and research phases to contribute to the overall design direction of projects.
Develop and maintain typography guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across our products.
Collaborate effectively with other designers and creative directors, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the team's work.
Create detailed layouts and mockups, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
Work within the established design system, contributing to its growth and improvement.
What will help you succeed
5+ years of professional experience in a visual design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Photoshop, demonstrating a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
Exceptional understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and image composition principles.
Proven ability to transform complex information into visually appealing and easily digestible formats.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and work constructively with cross-functional teams.
A passion for design excellence and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
