What are you going to do?
You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment at a leading company in the mortgage industry. This company specializes in the acquisition of newly originated U.S. residential home loans from independent mortgage bankers, banks, and credit unions.
In this role, you will occupy a unique position in the market since the Sr Salesforce Developer is a full-lifecycle role that partners closely with the business and developers to ensure system integrity and scalability. The architect combines a deep understanding of enterprise data and systems with robust business acumen to evaluate, propose, design, develop, and implement solutions that align with business objectives. A key aspect of this role is ensuring sales and marketing success by driving significant business value with existing and new projects.
Perform system administration and declarative automation.
Review impact of Salesforce seasonal releases.
Design innovative Salesforce solutions that integrate seamlessly with other systems and meet technical and business needs.
Lead and provide expertise on Salesforce projects, ensuring the architecture is scalable and future-proof.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
Offer strategic guidance and technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and trends to enhance service offerings and practice development.
Mentor and provide architectural expertise to other team members.
Work with product to help define and refine requirements.
What will help you succeed
Salesforce Architect certification highly preferred
Salesforce Admin certification (Advanced Admin preferred)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Salesforce architect role, with expertise across various Salesforce Clouds and platforms.
Hands on experience configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, security controls, process builders, flows, approval processes, sharing settings and other declarative controls and automation.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. Strong communication.
