Our Partner Sales team for the Platform Automation business at Perforce is searching for a Senior Sales Engineer to join the team. A Partner Sales Engineer supports the partner business, acts as Perforce subject matter expert, and works closely with our sales teams and Partner Ecosystem Managers to maintain and grow the business. The Partner Sales Engineer will focus initially on the Delphix and Puppet brands fostering relationships with partners and/or internal staff by communicating their knowledge of a product, service, proposition, or process.
Puppet:

Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic technical leader in the field to provide architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote & accelerate partner engagements worldwide
Ensure customer & partner success in designing, building and migrating applications, software, and services on the Delphix Platform
Monitor, Document and Communicate Partner Enablement Progress to the Partners and to the Perforce Partner Ecosystem Managers
Lead deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create world-class solutions built on the Perforce Delphix and Puppet product lines while ensuring solutions are designed for successful customer adoption
Be a Perforce evangelist; educate partners of all sizes on the value proposition of the portfolio of products offered by Perforce
In partnership with the sales & partner team, formulate, and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of Perforce & its partner solutions
Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within partners to enable them to be Perforce advocates
Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the Perforce community
Provide product demonstrations to partners and prospective partners
Relay partner needs and requirements back to internal Perforce teams including Certifications and Training, Customer Success, and Channel Manager teams.
Develop reusable technical assets to scale partner enablement
Requirements:
5+ years in an operational capacity in a DBA, a TDM, or DevOps role
3+ years working with partner enablement
3+ years working with Delphix or Puppet products preferred
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
Experience with SAP HANA, Oracle Exadata a plus
Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment
Excellent communications skills and the ability to effectively collaborate in cross-team engagements
Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to roll-up your sleeves
Ability to travel to partner sites when required by project scope (20-35% travel)
