We pride ourselves on being a reliable, real-time, and consistent resource for the Sales and Customer Success Teams and empower them to do their jobs more efficiently while growing their skill set and enabling HubSpot’s long-term strategy.
Our team is growing and we are currently looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Partner to support our Americas region. Your goal is to create a remarkable and equitable enablement experience for our sales teams in the Americas to help empower their growth and achieve results. As a strategic partner to many cross-functional teams around the company, you will act as the voice and representative of the Americas region as your end customer.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Enablement Program Managers, other Enablement Partners, and our Center of Excellence teams to create world-class enablement experiences that span across the globe and resonate locally
Consult AMER Sales Leadership on priorities, enablement strategy and programs
Develop and manage a robust network of subject matter experts to better inform enablement programs
Develop communication plans that reinforce regional relevance of global initiatives
Report on success metrics and draw insights from data
Work closely with the facilitation team to understand how enablement is received by participants
Facilitate key sessions and translate relevant content for regional use
Create, launch and measure impactful enablement programs to increase productivity per rep and decrease ramp time
Characteristics & Skills needed for the job:
5+ years of experience in Enablement (Sales Enablement preferred)
Sales, sales leadership or enablement leadership experience within an enterprise selling organization
Managing ambiguity - You are comfortable with and thrive in an ambiguous environment
Setting strategic direction - The ability to work with stakeholders, understand needs and translate vision into a clear, global strategy is essential
Data-driven decision making - Use data to drive strategic planning or business changes. Influence with data and analysis
Driving Influence - Have the ability to gain idea buy-in from all types of stakeholders through effective communication skills, public speaking, and expectation setting
Program Management - Ability to manage a program or project and ensure it aligns to organizational goals
Ownership - Take pride and a deep sense of responsibility in the production of your work. Understand the importance of fixing problems quickly and moving forward
Autonomy - Confidence pursuing answers and action independently, but knows when to involve others
Creative Thinking - Re-examine traditional strategies and practices and proactively look for new ideas and ways to improve enablement experiences, and work processes
Cash compensation range: 118500-189600 USD Annually This resource will help guide how we recommend thinking about the range you see. Learn more about HubSpot’s compensation philosophy. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
