ActiveCampaign is looking for a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts in Brazil. As marketing lead in Brazil, you’ll be responsible for expanding brand awareness and sales pipeline, as well as informing the company’s go-to-market based on your knowledge of the region.
What your day could consist of:
Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy that aligns with ActiveCampaign's overall marketing goals, considering the unique needs of the Brazilian market
Develop and execute regional campaigns that span across channels, including conferences, local events, and influencer marketing
Manage all aspects of the marketing budget for Brazil, including digital marketing campaigns, events, and content creation
Oversee lead generation in region, working with the sales team to increase pipeline and build a strong funnel from lead to conversion
Be part of ActiveCampaign’s on-the-ground presence at events in Brazil
Generally use your knowledge of the region to adapt ActiveCampaign’s marketing in Brazil, from improving existing programs to proposing new ones
What is needed:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with a focus on SaaS companies and demand generation
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns from scratch
Understanding of the Brazilian business landscape and marketing trends
Strong understanding of event marketing and demand generation
Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus
Fluency in Portuguese and English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
