Senior Product Operations Manager
About this Position
We are looking for a Sr. Product Operations Manager to drive our product-led organization to excellence.
You are an analytical individual who can use data and insights to recommend and implement measurable improvements to our Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC). You will take full accountability for frameworks, process and tool improvements across our Product & Technology organization. You will own multiple concurrent work streams from planning through implementation, ensuring the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) consistently delivers valuable solutions that meet our customers’ business needs.
In this role, you will collaborate widely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements, leverage operational insights and carry the voice of the organization. You are exhilarated to develop cross-functional relationships to drive and manage organizational improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and continuously improve the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure effective delivery of outcomes.
Collaborate with Product and Technology leaders to design and implement tooling that supports our planning framework and process.
Design and develop dashboards and reports that provide insights into planning & execution, including data hygiene & maturity.
Provide recurring analysis and insights into our operating performance within R&D, including agile adoption and maturity.
Ensure the PDLC efficiently delivers valuable solutions to our business needs and continually adapts to the needs of the organization.
Evolve our product feedback process to ensure customer insights directly inform our roadmap and prioritization.
Drive alignment relationships with the business, ensuring priorities are reflected in the roadmap.
Establish and communicate best practices to the organization via best practices, documentation and training.
Define metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years applicable experience in program or project management, product operations, or consulting role that (a) established trusted partnerships with product and engineering teams and (b) leveraged operational data/insights.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related technical field.
Agile Certification (such as, Scrum Alliance Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile SAFe Agilist (SA)) preferred.
Experience with industry-standard project management software products such as Confluence, Jira, Google Suite etc. Experience with analytical tools such as Jellyfish, Tableau, Heap etc. is a plus.
An approach to business needs with a blend of analytics, user empathy and intuition.
Problem solving with a track record for executing projects that are impactful and sustainable.
A strategic mindset that can glean insights from data.
An innate drive to learn and be curious, with the desire to deeply understand the root cause of problems.
The proven ability to quickly learn new technologies - for example, a new analytics tool - to answer questions at hand.
Excellent emotional intelligence, patience and active listening skills
Exceptional project management and organizational skills; proven ability to multitask and manage multiple moving pieces at a time while paying close attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership.
A track record of being a team player and leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $120k - $160 plus variable compensation.
