Senior Product Manager - Growth
Role Overview:
We seek a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead product development initiatives. This role focuses on building innovative products that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to bring products from concept to market.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute product strategies that align with FuturHealth’s mission and goals in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Lead cross-functional teams through product development lifecycles from ideation to launch, while maintaining flexibility to pivot as business needs evolve.
Actively manage and optimize the product funnel, making data-driven adjustments to support conversion, LTV, and retention goals.
Use market research, data analysis, and user feedback to prioritize product features and ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.
Take a hands-on approach in resolving product challenges and implementing solutions that drive immediate and long-term results.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, with a particular focus on metrics that reflect customer engagement and business growth.
Collaborate closely with leadership to influence product roadmaps and strategic initiatives while contributing to FuturHealth’s scaling efforts.
Advocate for user-centered design, ensuring a seamless and impactful product experience.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, health tech, or AI-driven products.
Proven ability to lead product strategy and execution in ambiguous and complex environments.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact products.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in D2C, digital health, or ecommerce.
Technical background or experience working with engineering teams.
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in product development.
The pay range for this role is $142,000- $191,000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
