What you’ll do
Dive into the data to uncover insights that guide our decision-making and drive results.
Get to know our customers better by working closely with our consumer insights, product marketing, and overall product teams.
Set clear success metrics to track and assess the impact of our product initiatives.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing and customer success teams to successfully scale product features and drive significant growth.
Experience with consumer health and wellness, especially digital health/wellness apps and platforms.
It’s a perfect match if you have:
5-8 years of experience in consumer growth or product management, with a strong focus on driving results.
A proven track record of leading teams to hit key performance indicators like revenue and customer lifetime value.
Strong experimentation skills, including generating hypotheses, running A/B tests, and analyzing results to guide decisions.
Familiarity with mobile app development practices, ensuring smooth collaboration with technical teams.
Excellent relationship-building abilities, allowing you to work effectively with everyone from C-level executives to team members.
A passionate and creative spirit that motivates and inspires those around you.
The pay range for this role is $115,000- $230,000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
