The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager focusing on Growth at Apollo, you will lead the development and implementation of activation, monetization, and expansion strategies within our product suite. Your goal will be to catalyze multiple 'magic aha' moments for users early in their Apollo experience, driving delightful interactions and robust user engagement. You will collaborate extensively across functional teams to ensure alignment with Apollo’s overarching growth and company-level strategies, enhancing the product journey from initial engagement to loyal usage.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for Apollo’s activation, monetization, and expansion efforts.
Lead a cross-functional team including designers, engineers, researchers, and analysts to optimize processes and deliver significant results.
Employ both quantitative analysis and qualitative research to make informed decisions that enhance the product experience.
Define, track, report on, and optimize key success metrics for the application user experience.
Foster a robust culture within your team that emphasizes execution, results, and collaborative success.
Collaborate with teams across product, growth, customer support, marketing, and sales to enhance user experience and ensure world-class onboarding and activation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with a focus on PLG B2B growth.
Demonstrated ability to significantly influence key product metrics, including Activation, Engagement, Retention, and NPS.
Strong knowledge of experimentation frameworks and proficiency in analyzing experimental results.
Previous experience in high-velocity product teams.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating and developing engineering and design teams.
Effective at influencing cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and other key stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills, able to decompose objectives into key results and initiatives, leading teams to deliver continuous value.
Inquisitive and user-centric mindset, with a continual desire to understand market trends, user needs, and new opportunities.
Familiarity with tools such as Looker, Amplitude, and SQL is a plus.
